Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment, or 50% of the thermal experience price. Charges are applied to the credit card on file.
Guests who arrive late for a service will be seen for the remaining appointment time and charged in full.
We accept debit, credit, cash and gift card payments.

Yes, Usva gift cards can be used at both locations. The only exception is promotional gift certificates, which are valid at the specific location listed on the gift certificate itself.
All gift cards are loaded with a monetary value and can be applied towards the service of your choice. As our prices are subject to change, we recommend rounding up if you would like to gift the approximately value of a specific service.

You'll then be able to choose which services you'd like for each guest, pending availability. If no availability appears, this means we are fully booked for at least part of your requested booking.
The future mom massage is available to guests who are in their second trimester or later (12 weeks or more). It is not offered during the first trimester.

Please plan to arrive within your reserved check-in window. For example, if you booked a 10:00–10:30am arrival, we expect you to check in between 10:00am and 10:30am. Check-in takes just a few minutes, after which you'll be all set to begin your relaxation journey.

If you have booked a service only, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you have booked a package including thermal experience access, you have the flexibility of checking in any time during our hours of operation, making sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before your service begins.
The thermal experience is the heart of what we do at Usva. It's built on the ancient Nordic practice of alternating between heat, cold, and deep rest — a rhythm your body recognizes instinctively. We recommend moving through the cycle three to four times to feel its full effect.
Guests with mobility issues are asked to please reach out to us ahead of time so we can best prepare for arrival and ensure a comfortable experience from start to finish. Please note that the thermal experience requires guests to use stairs and is not located on the main floor of the facilities.
