All massages at Usva are performed by registered massage therapists, making them eligible for reimbursement through most insurance plans. We provide insurance receipts upon request — simply pay by debit, credit, or cash at the end of your visit. Please note that we do not offer direct billing, and payments made by gift card are not eligible for an insurance receipt, as gift card purchases are considered a gift by insurance providers.
