EXPLORE USVA is an activity offered sporadically. The dates are announced first to our newsletter subscribers, and then through our social networks (Facebook and Instagram).
Places are limited to help maintain a balance and a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests.

- Reservations are required.
- A credit card number will be required to confirm the reservation.
- Spaces are limited.
- In the event of cancellation of the activity by Usva (storm or other reason beyond our control), this activity will not be postponed and cancellation fees will not be applied.
Rules and Regulations
- Quiet and Silent Spaces - Saunas, gazebo and indoor relaxation room are all silent spaces. Guest must whisper in all other spaces.
- No phones or photos - Electronics are not permitted during the thermal experience.
- No outside food or beverages - Specialty items will be available for kids (and adults) during Explore Usva Day.
- Children must be accompanied at all times - Including in the locker rooms and in the café.
- Be mindful and respectful of other guests - No splashing in the pools, running around, etc.
Useful information
- The ratio is a maximum of 2 children per adult.
- Children must be between 8 and 15 years old.
- Adults must be with their children at all times while on site.
- You must bring swimsuit, sandals, child's bathrobe, book and reusable water bottle (no glass container).
