Thermal Experience
Thursday, also known as "Bla-Bla-Bla Thursday," is a social day here at Usva. On this day each week, guests are free to speak in a normal tone of voice instead of whispering. However, maintaining silence is required in designated silent spaces (ex: saunas, indoor relaxation area, gazebo).
All other days are considered quiet days, wherein we ask guests to remain silent or whisper, depending on the location.

A reservation is required to enjoy the thermal experience. It may be possible to come the same day without a reservation, but entry to the site cannot be guaranteed if our guest capacity limit has already been reached.
The thermal experience consists of alternating between hot, cold and relaxation.
It is recommended to repeat this cycle 3 to 4 times for an optimal thermal experience.

The thermal experience takes place year-round, rain or shine. However, in the event of a storm, the pools may be temporarily closed for your safety.
Towels and bathrobes are provided as well as lockers with digital codes. You must bring your bathing suit and sandals, both of which must be worn while on site. We recommend that you bring a reusable bottle (no glass container); a water filling station is available on site.
We also suggest you bring reading material, sunglasses, and sunscreen in the summer. During the winter, it would be best to bring a toque and a blanket.

Guests must be 16 years of age or older to access our facilities.
Due to the topography of the land, we had to build stairs leading to the spa facilities. As each situation is unique, if you have reduced mobility and wish to take advantage of our facilities, we invite you to contact us at least 48 hours prior to the time of reservation (506-855-8782), and we will be happy to take measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for you.
The thermal experience is not recommended for people who are pregnant. We offer certain treatments that are completely safe for those who are pregnant, such as our Future Mom Massage.
- It is important to stay hydrated throughout your experience. A water filling station is available near the changing rooms to fill your reusable bottle.

- It is strongly recommended that you consult your healthcare professional before visiting Usva Spa if you suffer from any particular health conditions such as heart problems, hypertension/hypotension, diabetes or respiratory problems.
We ask you to respect the arrival time that appears on your booking confirmation. Once on site, you can stay as long as you want.

Reservations are required for treatments and must be made online on our website or at our reception desk. A credit card is required to secure the booking, as per our cancellation policy.
At Usva, we offer the option of coming for a treatment only, or for a package including the thermal experience. Visit our rates section for more details.
Our spa is reserved for people aged 16 and over.
Yes, all our massage therapists are accredited and can issue receipts for insurance purposes. We do not offer direct billing. Furthermore, no insurance receipt can be issued if a gift card is used as a method of payment.
All of our staff members work in a professional manner, with the utmost respect for each individual. During a massage, you will be covered by a sheet in order to respect your privacy. The only area that is exposed is the area that is being massaged. It is best to receive a massage when no clothes are worn, but we respect the choice of our clients who prefer to keep their undergarments on.

Gift Cards
Usva Spa gift cards do not expire.
All gift cards, including those for older packages that are no longer offered, can be used for their monetary value.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to replace your gift card if it is lost or stolen.
Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.
All Usva gift cards consist of a monetary value. The gift card recipient can therefore decide to use their card to pay for the treatment of their choice, the thermal experience, purchases at Café Lounge, or Usva branded products.

We prefer payment by credit or debit card. For the security of our team, we do not keep any change at our reception counter, therefore a payment in cash may involve a short wait to give you the change that would be due.
Our Café Lounge is at your disposal, where you can purchase light snacks and refreshments.

No, but there are plenty of accommodation options for all budgets in the Moncton area.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves an empty space in the schedule that could have been filled by another guest. This is why we ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellation or modification of your appointment. Guests who notify less than 24 hours in advance, or who miss their appointment, will be charged a fee equivalent to the total amount of the reserved service or 50% of the price of the thermal experience.
Guests who have booked a treatment and arrive late will only be seen for the remainder of their appointment and will be charged the full amount of their treatment.
