Should I reserve?
A reservation is required to access the thermal experience.
What is the thermal experience?
The thermal experience consists of alternating hot, cold and rest to eliminate toxins, stimulate blood circulation and increase the heart rate to feel a sense of well-being.
It is recommended to repeat this cycle 3 to 4 times for an optimal thermal experience.

What are the facilities on the site?
- 1 dry sauna
- 1 steam sauna
- 1 outdoor hot pool
- 1 outdoor cold pool
- Indoor and outdoor relaxation areas
- A cafe
- A terrace with panoramic views of the Moncton area
- 6 treatment rooms
Since your facilities are outside, what happens in rain or poor weather?
The thermal experience takes place year-round, rain or shine. However, in case of a storm, the baths may be closed temporarily.
What should I bring?
We provide 2 towels per guest as well as a locker. You must bring your bathing suit and beach sandals. You can also bring your bathrobe or rent one at the reception desk. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle (no glass container); water fountains are available on the site.
We also suggest to bring a book, sunglasses, and sunscreen in the summer. In winter, also bring a tuque.

Is there a minimum age to enjoy your services?
The site is reserved for people aged 16 and over, with the exception of family days where we welcome children from the age of 5.
Can pregnant women come to the spa?
Yes, we offer some treatments that are safe for pregnant women, such as facials, future mom massages and yoga sessions. However, the thermal experience is not recommended during the entire pregnancy.
Health recomendations
- It is important to stay hydrated throughout your experience. Water fountains are available near the locker rooms to fill your reusable bottles.
- It is important to listen to your body and respect your limits.
- Thermotherapy is not recommended for pregnant women.
- It is strongly recommended that you consult your health-care professional before visiting if you suffer from any particular health conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure / hypotension, diabetes or breathing problems.
